NBA

IN my opinion the NBA is one of the most important sports is in the world it makes a lot of money it's in a developed contry. So ti is very will known around the wored.

The article is important fom me because I have played basketball so, ti is very intresting for me.

Also I like to know about the history of this sport.

This news affects me because I like the lakers and I something watch the matches and I always want then to win, and when they lose I don't like it I don't want to watch the lakers if they lose.

That is estange because the people around me don't like basketball but it is important for me.

In conclusion the NBA is the best sport for me and there are always very good players like michael alway" air" jordan. He was the first players made people interesed in the NBA and for this season thre are 84 players from 37 countries and territories playeng in the league.

England has 49 million in habitants, Scotland has 5 million wales has 3 million and north thorn Ireland has 1.5 million
London is the capital and has about 7 million inhabitants.
The queen is very important in this country her head is on the stamps coins banknotes and so on.
The bucking palace is very popular in England.
In Scotland there is a very important castle in Edinburgh.
Now I will talk about England.
The most important cities in England are:
York: is a medieval city
Liverpool is a very famous city that stands out for the many famous artists who come form there such as the Beatles
Stratford is a famous place because William Shakespeare was born
Cambridge is famous for its beautiful canals
Oxford is famous for its university and also because many people go cycling along the street
London: is famous for its taxis buses underground, cinemas ,theatres and the fashion

School

In England schools start at 9 am most schools are and wear a uniform. Children go to school form Monday to Friday
In England from 5 to 11 years old they go to primary school to from 16 they go to secondary school at 16 you have the general certificate and A’ levels at 18.
In English schools they normally teach French, Italian, and Spanish .

Food

For breakfast in England they drink milk regularly. But the traditional British breakfast is bacon and eggs, tomatoes, sausages, toast, tea, coffee or fruit juice
The lunch is at 1 or 12 and it is very famous and eat fish and chips.
London in particular has a lot of different restaurants. You can eat from Chinese food to Mexican food.
Afternoon is famous for tea.

Homes

The houses are quite different to here they are usually smaller. Everybody usually has a garden. Not everybody owns a house , some people rent a house from the council

Sports
In England the most famous sports are football, cricket and rugby.
Every weekend English families will see their teams , football every Saturday or Sunday is indispensable for families.
Cricket is a sport much practiced and almost everyone in this country practices it.
Rugby is very important in this country because there are a large group of citizens always watch their selection.
A very important event in the world of tennis is at Wimbledon England where they meet the best players in the world.
Other major sports would be cricket, cycling; golf is more popular in Scotland, horse racing and so on.

Festivals

The most famous festivals in England are the racing of crepes or pancakes that they end up eating. Saint Valentine days.
Halloween where children dress up in masks and the most famous Christmas in England where the houses are decorated and the family diner together a large turkey. Then they give each other gifts.

Pop
British music is famous all over the world, and their singers are well-known. For example: Beatles, David golden, Elton john, George Michel or kuin

Valoration

England

This presentation I made with Nico Rossillo, but I will do my part on the valoration.

In my presentation I used a power point with some images and with short sentences, and sometimes with words.

I used resources relevant and photo focusing on the topic.

The PowerPoint gave me a lot of support and helped me a lot.

The timing in my presentation with nico was 8 minutes.

This time I was very nervous, and I looked at my paper or at the power point, so I didn’t watch the audience very much. As in the power point, the important things were written.

I sometimes gestured my hands. The ideas were in the order that I chose, because I spoke about a country and information about the customs.

I made the speech I without pausing. The information in my presentation in part I took from the film window on Britain.

My presentation was about England, and the people who listened to me didn’t know the important things about this country.

I think that I used a correct grammar and a good vocabulary, my pronuntation was wrong, but in this presentation.

I used a correct pronuntiation.

Carnival 2010

Last week we to prepared for the carnival. We boght an overall in figueres. Later we went to david mostazo's workshop we got there.
We began to draw on the wverall because it was all white. After we painted the rawings different colours. They looked really great, except for jordi, because he spilt blach paint on his. We made the float and we prepared the music. On friday we went to the carnival in Roses and we had a great time.
This carnival is the best carnival for me.
In this carnival we anced and sang a lot , because we were very happy because everybody was there .
Next year we want to go as grease. The day before las carnival in roses we went to carnival in llança. The carnival in llança was exciting and very colourful. After the procession we wanted to go to a disco to finish the party

Smoking or not smoking

Smoking is bad for your health, but most people smoke 98% of the population smoked at some time or another. Why do people smoke?
I think that the people smoke because ther is s lot of pressure on young people and when you begin to smoke it is very difficult stop smoking.
Apart from this smoking is a good business we realise that smoking is very bad for your health, but yes a person is happy smoking.
Smoking is vey expensive it is like burning money. However people continue smoking even ithough cigarretts are expensive.
Smoking is particulary addictive because the smoke has nicotin, so smoke is unhealthy and it is very difficult to stop smoking.
But, sometimes excuse teenaguers smoke because they think that it is a food excuse to be sociable.
In conclusion smoking is bad for your health, but if smoking makes you happy then smoke.
Sometimes when you begin to smoke it is enjoy able but in the end it becomes an addiction.

Color blindness(John dalton)

It is a genetic defect that is the impossiblilits to distinguish colurs homever not all colour-blind people confuse the same colours as others, even within the sone family, is very common to confuse green and red, but you can see more shade of purple than people with normal vision and you are able to distinguish objects more than others.
This defect is genetic herditary and an allele is transmitted by x-linked recessive, if a male inherits an x chromosome with the deficiency he will be color blird, however in the case of woman they are colour blird only if their two x chromosones have the deficiency, and will other wise be just carriers and casn trasmit to their offspring.
Types of colur blindness:
Acrhomatic- Type of olur blindess in when the individual can only see black and white.
Monochone- As its name implies, these individuals have only one type of cone and can only see one type of colour such as: red or pink colurrs are usally combined with white.
Dichromatic- These people have two types of cones. The condition is presented with alternatives, they may have red colour blindness individuals who confuse shades of green and blue or orange and pink.
Ananalous trichromatic- padecient person has all three types of cones with funcitional defects, so confus with another colour. It is the most abundant group common colour blind, have cones but thy perceive the altered colour tones.
They tend to have cimilar defects to the dichromatic colour blindness, but it is less noticeable.
I personaliti is analous trichromatic because see all three.

Film

I think the film of harry potter " the fpilosopher's stone" es very good because there are many special effects and many struggles where good wins over evil.
The part of the film I like best was when harry was fighting Voldemort for the stone and won and voldemort harry had " died".
It's the best movie of harry potter that I have seen, when I began to watch the harry potter movie it made agreat impact onme because they are children who have these adventures. Although the film is not as good as the book in the movie there is a lot of data that the book provides but it also supplies us with a fantastic film. For me it is the best fantasy movie that I know comparable to I wilight.
The story takes place in a school where there are many magicians( all children under the teachers)
Harry potter is well known his parents and because he survived the evil voldemort when he was small and he is a hero for this parents saved his life.
This is important for me vecause when I began to watch it I was about 9 years old every child of this afe wants to have powers and to perform magic.
Although when I was young it fascinated me over the yers i no longer like it.
